Hi, I'm NateI’ve been an athlete all my life, getting started in the pool at age 5, following in the footsteps of my older siblings. My work ethic coupled with my inquisitiveness about why we were training the way we were, brought early success that continued through my four years of collegiate swimming. I then parlayed my success in the pool to the sport of triathlon, where I competed as a top-level pro for nearly a decade before retiring. I now race as an elite Masters cyclist at the state, regional and national levels.

Career Highlights
CYCLING elite Masters cyclist
TRIATHLON career culminated with a ranking of top American/6th in the world in the prestigious ITU World Cup Series
SWIMMING ranked top 16 in the nation in specialty events from age 9 through collegiate years of competition
I thoroughly enjoy the process of trying to find “the next trick to pull out of the bag” to not only improve my own approach to training and racing, but more importantly, that of the athletes with whom I partner. Because the coach/athlete paradigm is a partnership. I learn as much from my athletes as they hopefully learn from me. Helping athletes achieve their goals is both very fulfilling and exciting!
